Flight and Room Info

We are excited to see you soon. In preparation of your arrival, we ask that you send us your flight information and hotel room preference by filling out the form below. Please read the information below carefully before filling out the form.

The hosting church will pay for your hotel fee if you share a room with someone. If you want a single room or wish to stay longer, you will have to pay extra. If you want to share a room with a specific person, please give us the name of that person. We will try to match you with the person.

If you arrive in Jakarta on May 21 (Sunday) or 22 (Monday), we will arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel. We will also arrange transportation from the hotel to the airport if you leave on May 26 (Friday). Otherwise, you will need to arrange your own transportation.
