Mr. Shankar is the country head of International Educational Foundation (IEF), a transformational
education ministry of Gateway Education Global. Before coming to this role, he had the
privilege to serve in diverse fields like: Lecturer in English in a Muslim Fundamental
Institution, Executive Secretary at Bangladesh Football Federation, and Director of
International Affairs at CSS Bangladesh, Director of Administration at Bangladesh Legal Aid
and Services Trust (BLAST), and Deputy Director at KOINONIA, the development wing of
National Christian Fellowship of Bangladesh.

Mr. Shankar has over 20 years’ experience in the field of teaching, training, administration,
management, business development, international relation and human rights activities in
different NGOs and Corporate Sector. He also served as the honorary General Secretary
Bangladesh Nazarene Mission (BNM) and the Church of the Nazarene International for over
10 years. He is one of the 5 founding members of Bangladesh Mission Connection (BMC).

Mr. Shankar is a freelance article writer in daily English News Paper, online portal and periodical.
Presently he is translating a book “His Story-The Rescue” from English to Bangla. It is a
complete biblical message from Genesis to Christ written by Paul and Linda Mac.
