Dr. Kevin Higgins

Kevin Higgins served among Muslims in USA, East Africa and two South Asian countries. He was part of seeing movements to Jesus emerge in several people groups. He earned his PhD in Translation Studies. He currently serves as President of WCIU and General Director of Frontier Ventures. He is married to Susan since 1980 and they have three wonderful daughters!
